The best test as a servant leader is do those you serve grow as persons, are they healthier, wiser, more autonomous and likely to be leaders? And as a leader what is your effect on the least privileged in society? Will they benefit or at least not be further deprived by your leadership? .

Wale will share tips for how organizations can become more efficient and how leaders can better serve others. This leadership and expertise is needed in Olmsted County.

Wale’s goal is to ensure Olmsted County works for everyone. He knows how to get things done and has done that for some of the top organizations in the world. He will do that for Olmsted County as well.
